Pikkola Diff is a free, browser-based text comparison tool. By using the page you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The tool is provided free of charge, as it is, with no service level and no guarantee of availability. It runs in your browser and has no server-side storage, so there is nothing to back up and nothing to restore.

2. Your content

The text you compare remains yours. We never receive it, so we cannot read, use, publish or lose it. You are responsible for having the right to compare the material you paste, and for keeping your own copy of anything important.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service or other users. There is no account to suspend, but access may be limited where necessary to protect the service.

4. No warranty

A comparison is a best-effort description of two texts. Very large, unusual or binary-like inputs may produce a result that is hard to read or incomplete. Check the source material before relying on a comparison for anything consequential, such as a contract, a filing or a bill.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pikkola is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the tool, including a decision made on the basis of a comparison.

6. Intellectual property

The page, its design and its comparison engine belong to Pikkola. The text you paste remains yours. Quoting the output — a patch, a screenshot — is yours to do with as you like.

7. Other services

The site links to Pikkola Time and is delivered by Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page changes with them, and the version shown here applies. Questions: hello@pikkola.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Pikkola Diff는 브라우저에서 동작하는 무료 텍스트 비교 도구입니다. 이 페이지를 사용하면 아래 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스

이 도구는 있는 그대로, 무료로 제공되며, 서비스 수준이나 가용성 보장이 없습니다. 브라우저에서 동작하고 서버에 저장하는 것이 없으므로 백업할 것도 복구할 것도 없습니다.

2. 사용자의 콘텐츠

비교한 텍스트는 사용자의 것입니다. 저희는 이를 받지 않으므로 읽거나 사용하거나 공개하거나 잃어버릴 수 없습니다. 붙여넣는 자료를 비교할 권리가 있는지는 사용자가 확인해야 하고, 중요한 내용은 직접 보관해야 합니다.

3. 허용되는 사용

법을 어기거나 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 또는 다른 사용자의 이용을 방해하는 목적으로 사용하지 마세요. 정지할 계정은 없지만, 서비스 보호를 위해 필요한 경우 접근이 제한될 수 있습니다.

4. 보증 없음

비교 결과는 두 텍스트에 대한 최선의 설명입니다. 매우 크거나 특이한 입력, 바이너리에 가까운 입력에서는 결과가 읽기 어렵거나 불완전할 수 있습니다. 계약서, 신고서, 청구서처럼 중요한 판단에 비교 결과를 쓰기 전에 원본을 확인하세요.

5. 책임의 제한

법이 허용하는 범위에서, Pikkola는 이 도구의 사용으로 발생한 간접적·결과적 손해(비교 결과를 근거로 한 결정 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

6. 지식재산

페이지와 디자인, 비교 엔진은 Pikkola의 것입니다. 붙여넣은 텍스트는 사용자의 것입니다. 패치나 스크린샷 같은 결과물을 인용하거나 활용하는 것은 자유입니다.

7. 다른 서비스

이 사이트는 Pikkola Time으로 연결되며 Cloudflare를 통해 제공됩니다. 해당 서비스에는 각자의 약관과 개인정보 처리 방식이 적용됩니다.

8. 변경 및 문의

약관은 바뀔 수 있고, 바뀌면 페이지 맨 위 날짜도 함께 바뀌며, 여기에 표시된 판본이 적용됩니다. 문의: hello@pikkola.com. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.

Pikkola Diff はブラウザで動く無料のテキスト比較ツールです。このページを利用することで、以下の規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービス

本ツールは現状のまま無料で提供され、サービスレベルや可用性の保証はありません。ブラウザで動作しサーバー側の保存もないため、バックアップするものも復元するものもありません。

2. 利用者のコンテンツ

比較したテキストは利用者のものです。こちらが受け取ることはないため、読むことも、使うことも、公開することも、失うこともできません。貼り付ける資料を比較する権利があるかは利用者が確認し、重要な内容はご自身で保管してください。

3. 許容される利用

法律に違反する目的、他者の権利を侵害する目的、サービスや他の利用者の妨げになる目的では使用しないでください。停止するアカウントはありませんが、サービス保護のため必要な場合にはアクセスを制限することがあります。

4. 保証の否認

比較結果は2つのテキストについての最善の説明です。非常に大きい入力、特殊な入力、バイナリに近い入力では、読みにくい結果や不完全な結果になることがあります。契約書、申請書、請求書など重要な判断に使う前に、原本を確認してください。

5. 責任の制限

法律が認める範囲で、Pikkola は本ツールの利用から生じた間接的・結果的な損害（比較結果に基づく判断を含む）について責任を負いません。

6. 知的財産

ページ、デザイン、比較エンジンは Pikkola に帰属します。貼り付けたテキストは利用者のものです。パッチやスクリーンショットなどの出力を引用・利用することは自由です。

7. 他のサービス

本サイトは Pikkola Time にリンクし、Cloudflare を通じて配信されます。これらのサービスには各自の規約とプライバシーの扱いが適用されます。

8. 変更とお問い合わせ

本規約は変更されることがあり、変更時にはページ上部の日付も変わります。ここに表示された版が適用されます。お問い合わせ: hello@pikkola.com。本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
